This document, which has been prepared by the European Commission (Joint Research Centre, JRC) in close collaboration with DG AGRI, describes the Commission technical guidelines for the 2018 campaign of the On-The-Spot Checks (OTSC). The document aims to describe the technical tasks that the Administrations of the Member States are responsible for and for which some parts may be entrusted to contractors.
