|Abstract:||The use of combined traditional optical satellite multispectral images and microwave data, could be an important source of information in future urban applications. Throughout a case study, the complementarity of SPOT and ERS-1 data in discriminating urban features has been explored. As a test case, the city of Strasbourg in France has been selected. One SPOT optical image have been used.|
