|Abstract:||This joint ECVAM/ECB workshop report reviews the current status of a variety of expert systems for predicting toxicity, focusing primarily on the prediction of endpoints relevant to mammalian toxicity. The systems which were critically reviewed by the workshop participants were: Derek, Case(especially Tox Alert), Compact, Topkat, Hazardexpert, Oncologic, Purdy's Method, stAR, and REX, DTOX and PROGOL.|
