|Abstract:||This paper presents the results of electrical performance measurements of 204 crystalline silicon wafer based photovoltaic modules comprising a set of 52 module types originating from 20 different producers after long-term continuous outdoor exposure. All measured modules were installed at outdoor field at the European Solar Test Installation (ESTI) site between 1982 and 1987. The climatic conditions of the Ispra site is northern Italy where the weathering was executed are considered to be a moderate subtropical climate (10° to +35°, with less than 90% rh). The modules represent diverse PV technologies, different encapsulation and backside materials.|
