|Abstract:||New measured results were obtained for the 50Cr(n,x)48V 58Ni(n,palpha)54Mn, 63Cu(n,palpha)59Fe, 181Ta(n,2n)180gTa, 181Ta(n,p)181Hf, 181Ta(n,x)180Hf, 181Ta(n,alpha)178mLu, 181Ta(n,alpha)178gLu, 184W(n,alpha)181Hf, 186W(n,alpha)183Hf, 184W(n,p)184Ta, and 90Zr(n,x)89mY reaction cross sections. Measurements were carried out at the 7 MV Van de Graaff accelerator at IRMM, Geel. Use was made of the activation technique in combination with high-resolution γ-ray spectrometry. A pneumatic transport system was used for the reaction 90Zr(n,x)89mY on account of the short half life of 89mY. The present results are compared with other measurements, evaluated data and model calculations.|
