Abstract: This report is the result of the current knowledge of IPTS, the Tavistock Institute and the discussions that took place among the invited experts on what can ICT do for youth at risk. It aims to provide policymakers with a better understanding of the relationship between ICT and youth at risk and how initiatives actively using ICT to foster the socio-economic inclusion of young people are creating an impact and how this impact is evaluated. This document integrates both the results of background research which set out to understand the state of knowledge on ICT, youth at risk and impact assessment, complemented by the main evidence, reflections and conclusions that emerged from the workshop discussions.
