|Abstract:||Simple spin-wave theory, based to a first approximation on Heisenberg exchange, often gives a qualitative description of the dynamics of many magnetic systems. However, as we examine more complex materials we find that higher-order interactions are often important, and can change dramatically the dynamics.|
