|Abstract:||NER 300 is an EU funding programme for the demonstration of carbon capture and storage (CCS) and innovative renewable energy (RES) technologies at the pre-commercial stage. Knowledge sharing requirements are built into the legal basis of the programme as a critical tool to lower risks in bridging the transition to large-scale production of innovative renewable energy and CCS deployment. Projects have to submit annually to the European Commission relevant knowledge gained. The European Commission assesses the relevant knowledge, aggregates and disseminates it. This report presents the methodology for the aggregation of relevant knowledge.|
