In many branches of industry and government, when new equipment is accepted by the purchaser or licensed by a regulatory authority, a case of evidence must be assembled to demonstrate that the reliability or safety targets are achieved. The objective of the seminar was to bring together reliability engineers and managers from manufacturers and cases.
