It must contribute to establish the confidence of each one in nuclear safeguards. ESARDA has to play a major role in this field ESARDA is a unique place where operators, research centers, safeguards agencies and regulators could develop a full dialogue on safeguards matters. ESARDA through all the different WG could address all the topics involve in safeguards : best techniques, best practices, tutorial, publication, … ESARDA has to play a major role in this field ESARDA need to have, as members, the largest representation of the European safeguards community.
