	abstract = {This chapter will develop some understanding of evaluation on river basin governance processes, based on past
		experiences and thereafter develop emergent patterns and linkages among the 4 vertices of the ADVISOR tetrahedron
		(context, information, assessment and participation) and requirements that could be recommended for future practice of
		river basin governance evaluation activities. It looks for justifications of past practice on 4 types of context:
		institutional, societal, knowledge and methodological. Eventually, it suggests a framework for quality of evaluation of
