Eine europäische Bodenschutz-Gesetzgebung existiert bislang nicht. Allerdings haben das Einarbeiten relevanter Bodenaspek- te in die europäische Agrar-, Klima- oder Entwicklungspolitik und eine verstärkte Forschung gute Voraussetzungen geschaf- fen für einen neuen Anlauf, den Bodenschutz endlich auch auf EU-Ebene umzusetzen.
