Experimental results on the behavior of emerging photovoltaic (PV) technologies such as organic PV under different irradiance and temperature conditions are less established than those of Si-based devices. Only few examples are available in the literature [2, 3, 4 and 5] and results are incomplete. In this paper we present accurate measurements of I-V characteristics of different organic PV (OPV) mini-modules measured indoors at a solar simulator over a selection of irradiances and temperatures according to the international standard IEC 61853.
