C-ITS Point of Contact (CPOC) Protocol
This technical report is a description of the C-ITS Point of Contact protocol proposed in the EU C-ITS Credential Management System (EU-CCMS) to collect the root CA certificates, which are used to create the European Certificate Trust List (ECTL) to be distributed to the C-ITS stations in Europe.
