The aim of this handbook is to correlate those chemicals under the scope of Export Control Regulations with other relevant data such as: the Combined Nomenclature code used to identify commodities in export declarations for Customs procedures, the CAS number which identifies chemicals, and the Export Control Number (ECN) to name DU items.
The data included is very helpful for exporters and Customs/Licensing Officers in terms of Export Control Regulation compliance.
