European Commission Initiative on Breast Cancer — Quality Indicators Calculator User Manual - European Quality Assurance Scheme for Breast Cancer Services
The European Quality Assurance Scheme for Breast Cancer Services as part of the European Commission Initiative on Breast Cancer defines a set of requirements, with which breast cancer services (BCSs) providing services ranging from screening to follow-up, and even end-of-life care in some cases, must comply in order to be certified under the current scheme. To check the compliance with the requirements of the scheme, the breast cancer service will be able to compute quality indicators automatically from their own data, without transfer the data outside the service, by using the Quality indicators calculator (QIC), a software developed by the JRC. This output represents the user manual.
