Trends in foreign acquisitions and greenfield investments in the EU. July-September 2021
The Bulletin presents the latest trends in the investment behavior of multinational enterprises focusing on foreign (non-EU) investors. It looks at merger and acquisition deals and other equity investments of at least 10% of capital of the target company in the EU, as well as at greenfield investments.
