Options for socially just and effective climate policies
The evaluation of any climate policies should not only focus on the achieved emission reductions, but equally well on policies’ distribution of its costs across the society and resulting fuel and transport poverty. This policy brief summarises results of an already published study comparing different policy options for a fair green transition.
