Locoregional treatment of glioblastoma with targeted alpha therapy: [213Bi]Bi-DOTA-substance P vs [225Ac]Ac-DOTA-substance P - analysis of influence parameters
The most malignant primary brain tumour is glioblastoma (GB). Therefore, introduction of new treatment options is critically important. We analyse our experience of locoregional targeted alpha therapy in patients with GB. The aim of this study was to asses treatment with different alpha emitters [213Bi]Bi-DOTASP and [225Ac]Ac-DOTA-SP.
