Weather conditions marked by contrasts
Weather observed during the review period (1 April to 14 May) was marked by contrasting patterns of drier- and wetter- than-usual conditions across Europe, which affected crops in many areas. Nevertheless, overall a fair yield outlook is maintained in most parts of the EU, except in the Iberian Peninsula.
