District heat and the New European Bauhaus
This study provides insights into the potential of District Heating and cooling (DHC) to contribute to the New European Bauhaus initiative (NEB) and the potential role of the NEB in the further development and accelerated uptake of DHC at EU level. The research investigated synergies and potential conflicts between the NEB and DHC, and identified areas where more research or funding may be needed to enhance the synergies and minimise the conflicts.
