The rise of digital monitoring and algorithmic management of work: empirical insights
The findings show that a small but significant share of workers in the countries analyzed are subject to digital monitoring and algorithmic management systems at work. A smaller but not marginal proportion of the labour force get their main income from Digital Labour Platforms.
