Pseudodynamic Capabilities of the ELSA Laboratory for Earthquake Testing of Large Structures

The paper describes the innovative hardware and sotware aspects related to the implementation of the pseudo-dynamic test method at the ELSA reaction-wall facility. The results used for illustration are obtained testing large structures, using various time integration algorithms and accounting for substructures.
