Involving companies to support the VET digital transformation with SELFIE WBL
This science for policy brief is the summary of a small exploratory study focused on collecting relevant information from first-hand relevant users of SELFIE for Work-based learning (SELFIE WBL) and from people with direct experience in work-based learning to gain from their personal experiences in order to identify how to better communicate with companies and how to promote their increasing involvement in SELFIE WBL and therefore, in work-based learning environment and action. The main goal was to collect data and ideas about how to involve companies better in SELFIE WBL and, therefore, to enhance the role of that technology can play in learning and quality enhancement.
