High yield forecasts for cereals
Winter, spring and summer cereals in the eastern and southern regions of Kazakhstan are in excellent shape so far. Spring cereals are in good condition in northern Kazakhstan. At the country level, the yield forecasts for wheat and barley well exceed the 5-year average. The yield forecast for grain maize, for which the season has just started, follows the historical trend.
