These proceedings are the outcome of the 61st ESReDA seminar “Technological Disruptions Triggered by Natural Events: Identification, Characterization, and Management” that took place at Politecnico di Torino, Italy, 22-23 September 2022. The seminar attracted a good mix of academic and industrial participants from many countries, and provided a platform for stimulating discussion on the state of the art and on-going developments in the NaTech risk assessment techniques and methodologies. The editorial work for this volume was supported by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission in the frame of JRC support to ESReDA activities.
