Toxicity mechanisms in Targeted Alpha Therapy are expected to be related to the distribuƟon of absorbed dose within organs and not only to the mean absorbed dose delivered to the whole organ. To study these mechanisms, a mulƟ-scale dosimetry should be performed that considers sub-millimeter acƟvity distribuƟon and that accounts for the re-distribuƟon of daughter radionuclides when using 225Ac.
