Precise On-board Orbit Determination (P2OD) is a critical enabler for autonomous space missions. The ability to maintain high-precision positioning during high-dynamic attitude manoeuvres, such as those required for payload antenna steering or orbital transfers, is essential for extending autonomy into non-nominal mission phases. This paper evaluates the real-time performance of GASPER, a NewSpace Galileo-based receiver, specifically focusing on its robustness during aggressive attitude changes. The receiver integrates an advanced P2OD engine utilising an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) with a reduced-dynamics approach, leveraging multi-constellation and multi-frequency GNSS measurements. Performance is validated through Hardware-In-the-Loop testing, simulating an Earth Orbit Raising scenario characterised by a complex spiral trajectory. The assessment includes a comparative analysis between nominal and manoeuvred orbital regimes, demonstrating the system's capability to bridge signal outages and reacquire sub-decimeter positioning accuracy. Finally, the paper identifies potential enhancements, such as attitude feed-forward integration, to bolster the robustness of this function during non-operational mission phases.
