The CEO Programme comprises four interrelated components:1.User Support,comprises the actions and measures to help the CEO Programme partecipants to benefit from Earth obsrevation to meet their professional goals;2.Enabling Services,initiates actions and measures and will provide software tools and systems to increase the exchange and accessibility of meta-data and information about Earth Observation;3.Application Support,stimulates thr production of information and related services from Earth Observation data, in response to customer needs;draws more partecipants into the Ceo Programme;populates the Enabling Services;4.Monitoring and Coordination,manages and monitors the CEO programme, including the development of services.
