Caracterisation du Polymorphisme de Metallotioneines par CZE-DAD.
Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (CZE) with UV detection using a photodiode array (DPA) is shown to be an attractive technique for the characterisation of the polymorphism of metallothionein. The PDA allows the assignment of a peak to an isoform complexing a metal, and the evaluation of the degree of complexation. Analytical parameters affect iso-and sub-isoforms in a different way indicating thus their different physicochemical characteristics.
