Abstract: The paper presents sensitivity and uncertainty study of Ignalina NPP RBMK-1500 reactor one group distribution header complete blockage accident scenario. The uncertainty analysis includes determination of major input variables contributing to output uncertainty, propagation of uncertainties and distribution sensitivity analysis. The reactor model was developed with RELAP5 thermal hydraulic code and the accident scenario is one of the scenarios analyzed in the RBMK reactor safety analysis report. The paper presents and discusses how different sensitivity techniques could highlight different aspects of parameters importance.
