Staged Gasification of Biomass and Wastes in Fluidized Beds
The present paper discusses the advantages of using staged reactors for biomass/waste gasification to provide a theoretical estimation of fluidized bed properties and particle residence times in different zones under which the whole process is split, and reports experimental results of fluid-dynamic characterization in cold units.
