New Horizons and Challenges for Future-oriented Technology Analysis: The 2004 EU-US Seminar
The paper is an introduction to a Special Issue on the EU-US Scientific Seminar on New Technology Foresight, Forecasting and Assessment Methods that was organised by DG JRC-IPTS and took place in May 2004. The paper gives a short description of the variety of issues presented during the Seminar and introduces the articles that are part of the Special Issue. The author is guest editor of the Special Issue.
