The Validation of the Microscopic Method Selected in the Stratfeed Project for Detecting Processed Animal Proteins (WP7)
In the paper the authors present the result of the validation study of the microscopic method improved within the Stratfeed project. The validation study was conducted by an interlaboratory study, obtaining good results in terms of the measured sensitivity and specificity.
