Megjegyzések egy Országos Atnézetes Talajinformációs Rendszer Kiépítéséhez
The publication is a discussion paper on soil mapping and information system development. It comments on the proposal of Szabó, Pásztor and Bakacsi (Agrochem. and Soil Sci. Vol. 54. No.1-2 p41-58) , by reviewing literature on soil survey presentation with special regards to map scales and applicability issues. Applicability of soil maps for assessment and modeling of stress-situations; soil conservation; amelioration purposes; land use planning and land evaluation are discussed. Recommendation to follow INSPIRE guidelines are given.
