dc.description.abstractThe absolute flux at the sample position of the Small-Angle Neutron Scattering instrument is an important parameter in instrument construction. In this paper, analytical expressions are obtained to calculate the flux at the sample position. The used approach has been validated on different instruments. An increase of the flux with two orders of magnitude is foreseen after completion of the upgrade.en_GB
