Determination of Sucralose in Food - Comparison of Thin-Layer Chromatography with other Separation Methods
This manuscript reviews several analytical methods for the determination of the relatively new intense sweetener Sucralose and compares these methods with a recently developed thin-layer chromatographic method. This method has several advantages over other separation methods such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and capillary electrophoreses. The method is simple, rapid and offers a low limit of detection.
