The 28th ESReDA Seminar was dedicated to the topical and important subject of “The Geographical Component of Safety Management: Combining Risk, Planning and Stakeholder Perspectives”. The 28th ESReDA seminar was organized in cooperation with University of Karlstad. These proceedings contain the technical contributions presented at the seminar arranged to cover three broad areas: The Land Use Planning Agenda on European Union and at National Level, The Process of Risk Based Spatial Planning and the available Methods and Tools.
