Die Europäische Bodenschutzstrategie - Bisherige Ergebnisse und Weitere Entwicklung
Since the communication of the European Commission in 2002, scientists as well as politicians are involved in the political and scientific process of the development of the European Soil Thematic Strategy (STS). This paper focuses on the development and the current status of the STS, showing examples from the JRC in the implementation of soil data and soil protection assessment at different scales.
