Study and Development of "An Ad-hoc Tool" for Occurrence Reporting in Aviation Maintenance
This paper discusses the need of developing methods and tools for integrated mandatory and voluntary occurrence reporting. It then focuses on the design and development of a safety related occurrence reporting prototype, and its application to a near miss case study happened in a maintenance context.
