Valutazione del rischio di erosione idrica in Italia
The monograph is the result of a collaboration between the Italian Agency for Environmental Protection and Technical Services (APAT) and The European Commission - Joint Research Centre.
It focuses on the characteristics of the soils, the soil functions and land-use, by facing all possible related problems and risks (erosion, contamination, floods, desertification, loss of biodiversity, etc.). A detailed insight on the situation in the Italian regions is also provided, where the RUSLE and PESERA models are analyzed in terms of data input and obtained results.
