Research at JRC in Support of EU Climate Change Policy Making
This edition shows how research activities at the JRC have contributed to this process, in particular by giving support to the Directorate-General Environment, which is guiding the EU climate change policy making process. It shows, a.o., the inputs to its Communication ¿Limiting Global Climate Change to 2 degrees Celsius. The way ahead for 2020 and beyond¿, to its Green Paper ¿Adaptation to climate change in Europe ¿ options for EU action¿ and to the EU Greenhouse Gas Monitoring System. It further presents activities that will be the science base for future policy actions.
