Accuracy of Measurements

Here some comments will be given concerning the accuracy of individual measurements of microscopic cross-sections in relation to the accuracy requirements that emerged from the studies of this subgroup. The main point to be answered is whether state-of-the-art individual measurements could meet the requested accuracies or whether they could otherwise make a significant contribution. These comments are geared towards the items identified as priority one or two by the report and will concentrate on inelastic, capture and fission cross-sections.
