The Security Assessment of Critical Energy Infrastructures: an Evaluation Approach
This paper addresses the issue of the security of critical energy infrastructures and aims at merging the typical aspects of traditional risk assessment, based on reliability, safety and detailed identification of all the possible technical weaknesses, with the new concepts of ICT security.
