Workshop on triggering and waiving criteria for the extended one-generation reproduction toxicity study
The workshop was convened by ECETOC jointly with ECVAM to discuss triggers and waivers within a modular approach to the proposed extended one-generation reproduction toxicity study (ECETOC, 2008). Invited experts were from academia, regulatory authorities, contract research organisations, and industry.
The outcome will be provided to the OECD expert group on the ¿extended one-generation reproductive toxicity guideline¿ for its consideration. The results of the workshop indicate that on several issues a consensus exists and a common understanding for guidance can be given.
