User-led, Citizen Innovation at the Interface of Services
Users ¿ as consumers, citizens, patients, learners, workers, etc. ¿ are taking an increasingly important role in the way products and services are shaped and used. The paper tries to reflect upon empowerment enabled by innovation approaches such as Social Computing , Open Innovation and Living Labs as innovation instruments for innovating products and services based on Next Generation Networks (NGNs).
