A Urban CA Model Support Tool for Sustainable Spatial Planning in Europe
This paper describes a research study, exploring alternative future qualitative scenarios for Leipzig, Germany in the year 2030 and the implications have for European urban-rural areas. Five alternative future qualitative scenarios are represented under the PLUREL project to assist planners and stakeholders with new significant data and scientific knowledge.
