NaI and HPGe Detector Responses for 10 keV through 10 MeV Gamma-Rays

cover
Tree bark has proved to be a suitable biological substrate for air pollution monitoring studies, especially in urban and industrial regions suffering from anthropogenic overpressure. Black poplar (Populus Nigra L.) is a widespread tree species in Ukrainian cities and elsewhere in the country, and is thus quite suitable for performing air pollution monitoring both on a local and country‐wide scale. In the present study a total of 156 black poplar bark samples were collected in 5 residential and industrialized areas in Kiev.
