SINCE SOME YEARS AIR QUALITY MEASUREMENTS ARE GOIN ON BY FIXED AND MOBILE STATION IN THE PRE-ALPINE AREA BETWEEN SWITZERLAND AND ITALY. PARTICULAR ATTENTION HAS BEEN PAYED TO OZONE CONCENTRATION IN URBAN AND RURAL SITES IN CONNECTION TO ACTUAL LAW LIMITS AND POSSIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.
