Decoupling Agricultural Policies in CGE Models: Theory and Empirics
The present work develops a general equilibrium model framework for the analysis of the post-2013 reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) at Member States (MS) level. The main scenarios are based on the policy options proposed on the 12th October 2011, by the European Commission (EC) in a Communication on the future of the CAP after 2013.
